We are proud to offer our strong and enthusiastic endorsement of Justin Fialko for Will County Sheriff in the primary election. As residents who have closely followed local public safety issues for many years, we have developed deep respect for Justin’s extensive experience, operational knowledge, and unwavering commitment to protecting our communities—especially our children.

Justin began his law enforcement career in 2007 as a Traffic Safety Officer with the Lemont Police Department. While working multiple jobs, he earned his Bachelor of Arts from Governors State University—demonstrating early on his determination, work ethic, and commitment to professional growth.

Since 2015, he has served with distinction as a Deputy with the Will County Sheriff’s Office, in addition to two years of service as a volunteer Auxiliary Deputy. Altogether, he offers more than 19 years of hands-on experience across policing, corrections, and community support, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the Sheriff’s Office’s full responsibilities—from patrol and investigations to jail operations and community outreach.

Justin Fialko is not only experienced—he is prepared to lead with honor, integrity, and a clear vision for a safer Will County. We are confident he will serve as a principled, effective Sheriff who puts residents first, supports law enforcement personnel, and delivers meaningful results.
